With Concur integration, business travel with Curb is seamless. In addition to the usual benefits of riding with Curb, now your expensing can be fast and paperless.
Since we became Curb, we have made some big improvements to our service, including a new way to automatically send your Curb ride receipts to Concur. As a result, we are retiring our old Concur/Taxi Magic integration and you will need to re-link your Concur and Curb accounts.
Please follow the steps below to update your account information and ensure that you continue to get your Curb receipts imported to Concur.
1. Log in to your Concur account and go to the App Center.
2. Visit Curb’s page in the App Center and click Connect. You will be prompted to log in to your Curb account to authorize the connection.
3. Once successfully connected, you will see the option to “Send to Concur” on the payment selection screen when you book your next ride. To send your receipt from that ride to Concur, make sure this option is turned on.
4. On your ride confirmation screen, you will see the Concur logo displayed under “Payment,” indicating your receipt from that ride will be sent to Concur.
We will be retiring the Concur/Taxi Magic integration on December 2. Please link your Concur/Curb accounts prior to that date. Note that due to service overlaps, you may receive duplicate Curb receipts in your accounts until the Concur/Taxi Magic integration is officially turned off on December 2.
